At Bint e Habib, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer exchanges under the following terms and conditions:
Exchange Eligibility
- Any product purchased online from Bint e Habib is eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
Wrong or Damaged Product
- If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you must inform us in writing within 12 hours of delivery.
- The replacement product will be delivered within 7 working days after verification.
- In such cases, no exchange charges will be applied.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange:
- The item must be unused and unwashed.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Customers must return the parcel through any reliable courier service.
- Proof of dispatch (courier receipt or tracking number) must be shared with us after shipment.
Exchange Charges
- If the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product, no charges will apply.
- For size change or preference-based exchanges, a fee of Rs. 500 (Nationwide) will be applicable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or made-to-order articles are not eligible for exchange or refund.
